Users can try the App for free with the following limitations:
• Display of Advertisements: Ads will be displayed within the App.
• Limit on Swing Videos: There is a limit to the number of swing videos that can be registered.
- Upgrading to the Paid Version
By upgrading to the paid Pro Plan, users receive the following benefits:
• No Advertisements: Ads will no longer be displayed within the App.
• Unlimited Swing Videos: There will be no limit to the number of swing videos that can be registered.
- Subscription Details
• Subscription Period: Monthly auto-renewal.
• Price: Please check the purchase screen within the App for pricing details.
• Payment Method: Payment will be charged to your account.
• Managing Auto-Renewal: Users can manage their subscription settings. To stop auto-renewal, please change your settings at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. - Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the provider or licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or publish any content of the App without prior written consent from the provider.
- Privacy
The provider respects the privacy of users. Handling of personal information is governed by a separate “Privacy Policy.”
- Disclaimer
The provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App. The App is provided “as is” without any warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.
- Suspension of the Service
The provider may temporarily suspend all or part of the App without prior notice to the User in the following cases:
• When performing system maintenance or updates
• When provision of the App becomes difficult due to natural disasters, power outages, communication line failures, etc.

- Changes and Termination of Service Content

- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in relation to the App shall be resolved through good-faith discussions between the User and the provider. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
